留学生线上意见反馈渠道说明

Instructions on Online Feedback Channels for International Students

 

为方便我校留学生及时反馈在学习、生活等各方面遇到的问题以及提出宝贵意见和建议,学校特设立了多种线上反馈渠道,具体如下:

一、留学生管理办公室公共邮箱反馈

(一)邮箱地址

留学生可通过向留学生管理办公室公共邮箱(cafucismo@163.com)发送邮件的方式进行反馈

  • Email Address

    International students can send emails to the public email address of the International Student Management Office (cafucismo@163.com) for feedback.

    (二)邮件格式要求

    在邮件中需填写问题反馈信息表,应尽量详细准确地提供以下关键内容:

  • Email Format Requirements

    A problem feedback information form needs to be filled in the email, and the following key contents should be provided as detailed and accurate as possible:

    1. 个人基本信息:包括姓名、学号、所在院系、联系方式(手机号码或常用电子邮箱等),以便工作人员能及时与你取得联系,进一步了解情况或者反馈处理结果。

    1. Personal Basic Information: Including name, student number, affiliated department, contact information (mobile phone number or commonly used email address, etc.), so that the staff can get in touch with you in a timely manner, further understand the situation or provide feedback on the processing results.

    2. 问题描述:清晰阐述你所遇到的问题或想要反馈的意见内容,例如问题发生的具体场景(是在课堂上、宿舍里还是其他校园场所等)、出现的频率、对自己造成的影响等,方便工作人员准确把握问题核心。

    2. Problem Description: Clearly state the problem you have encountered or the content of the feedback and suggestions, such as the specific scene where the problem occurred (whether in the classroom, dormitory or other campus locations, etc.), the frequency of occurrence, the impact on yourself, etc., to help the staff accurately grasp the core of the problem.

    3. 期望解决方式(可选):如果你对自己遇到的问题的解决有一些初步的设想或者期望达到的解决效果,可以在邮件中一并说明,这有助于相关部门更有针对性地制定解决方案。

    3. Expected Solution Method (Optional): If you have some preliminary ideas or expected solutions for the problem you have encountered, you can also explain them in the email, which will帮助 the relevant departments to formulate more targeted solutions.

    (三)邮件主题规范

    为确保邮件能被快速分类和处理,请在邮件主题中注明“留学生意见反馈 - [简要概括反馈事项]”,例如“留学生意见反馈 - 宿舍网络故障问题” 。

  • Email Subject Specification

    To ensure that the email can be quickly classified and processed, please indicate "Feedback from International Students - [Brief Summary of the Feedback Matter]" in the email subject, for example, "Feedback from International Students - Dormitory Network Failure Problem".

     

    二、微信公众号留言反馈

    (一)公众号信息

    学校留学生管理办公室设有官方微信公众号CAFUC-ICD”,同学们可通过关注该公众号后在后台留言进行意见反馈.

  • WeChat Official Account Information

    The International Student Management Office of the school has an official WeChat public account "CAFUC-ICD". Students can follow this public account and leave messages in the background for feedback.

    (二)关注及留言操作步骤

  • Steps for Following and Leaving Messages

    1. 关注方式:同学们可在微信“添加朋友”栏中选择“公众号”,然后搜索“CAFUC-ICD”进行关注;或者直接扫描学校留学生管理办公室在校园官网、留学生服务手册、宣传海报等渠道公布的该公众号二维码完成关注操作。

    1. Following Method: Students can select "Official Accounts" in the "Add Friends" column of WeChat, then search for "CAFUC-ICD" and follow it; or directly scan the QR code of this public account published by the International Student Management Office of the school on the campus official website, international student service manual, promotional posters and other channels to complete the following operation.

    2. 留言反馈:关注成功后,进入公众号界面,在底部菜单栏一般会设有“互动交流”“意见反馈”之类的板块(具体根据实际公众号设置而定),点击进入相应页面后,即可在留言框内输入你想要反馈的内容,然后点击发送即可。建议留言内容也尽量条理清晰、完整表述问题及诉求,方便管理员准确转达和处理。

    2. Message Feedback: After successful following, enter the public account interface. Generally, there will be sections such as "Interactive Communication" and "Feedback" in the bottom menu bar (specifically depending on the actual settings of the public account). Click to enter the corresponding page, then input the content you want to feedback in the message box and click send. It is recommended that the message content be as organized and clear as possible, and fully express the problem and demands to facilitate the administrator to accurately convey and handle.

 

  • 三、电话反馈

    (一)反馈电话号码

    中国民用航空飞行学院设立了专门的留学生意见反馈电话热线:0838 - 5188191,同学们可在工作时间内拨打该电话进行意见反馈

  • Feedback Telephone Number

    The Civil Aviation Flight University of China has set up a dedicated hotline for international student feedback: 0838 - 5188191. Students can call this number during working hours for feedback.

    (二)工作时间及注意事项

  • Working Hours and Precautions

    1. 工作时间:周一至周五,上午 8:30 12:00,下午 14:30 18:00

    1. Working Hours: From Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

    2. 通话注意事项:拨打电话时,请礼貌清晰地说明自己的身份(姓名、学号等)以及要反馈的问题内容,确保工作人员能完整记录相关信息。如果遇到电话占线等情况,同学们可稍作等待后再次拨打或者选择其他线上反馈渠道进行反馈。

    2. Telephone Conversation Precautions: When making a call, please politely and clearly state your identity (name, student number, etc.) and the content of the problem to be reported, to ensure that the staff can completely record the relevant information. If the line is busy, students can wait for a while and call again or choose other online feedback channels for feedback.

    学校高度重视留学生反馈的每一条意见和建议,相关工作人员会按照规范流程及时处理并回复大家,努力为同学们营造更优质的学习和生活环境

    The school attaches great importance to every piece of feedback, suggestions and comments from international students. The relevant staff will handle and reply in a timely manner according to the standardized process, and strive to create a better learning and living environment for the students.
